Senior Hotel Marketing Manager (m/f)
Location: Petrčane
Your responsibilities:
• Development of the Resorts marketing strategy (communication focus, USPs, markets, target groups) in coordination with the Group Director of Marketing
• Creation of the Resort’s marketing plan and marketing budget based on the marketing strategy
• Regular coordination with the Resort General Manager (GM), the Hotel Managers and Revenue Manager regarding booking status and trends, marketing activities, packages, and special offers
• Active input to the Resort GM on the development of the Resort product, particularly with focus on key topics, events, and experiences, and support to the Resort team in their implementation
• Selection, negotiation, and execution of Resort collaborations and local partnerships to expand the Resort’s offerings and enhance the guests’ experience.
• Ongoing adjustment of the marketing plan based on the Resort’s needs and implementation of marketing activities in cooperation with HQ marketing teams.
• Continuous briefing and alignment with Performance Marketing at HQ.
• Ongoing review and briefing of website content for the Resort, including independent creation, maintenance, and updating of events and packages in coordination with Revenue Management and the Reservations Department.
• Briefing of content and delivery of updates to HQ for the stay-related guest communication.
• Planning of themes, selection of offers, creation, sending, and monitoring of a regular Resort newsletter to contacts, as well as the conception and implementation of lead generation activities to acquire new newsletter subscribers for the Resort.
• Supervision of the Resort’s social media strategy and output, ensuring alignment with marketing and commercial goals.
• Regular coordination with the Regional PR Manager on PR topics, press releases, media trips, journalist/influencer visits, including support for the on-site care of journalists and influencers.
• Development and execution of in-house marketing activities, ensuring regular updates and quality control of hotel collateral, fact sheets, and presentations in line with CI/CD standards.
• Active engagement with the local tourism board and other local key stakeholders.
• Competitor analysis covering product offerings, newsletter strategy, and social media strategy, including potential site inspections.
• Monthly reporting on marketing activities.
What you bring:
• Completed marketing education, ideally combined with tourism training
• At least 5-7 years of professional marketing experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a leadership position directly in a Hotel or Resort
• Flexible, communicative, empathetic, and data-driven
• Fluent in Croatian and English, other language is a plus
